Lighting Design & Programming
Already have a production team or house rig, but need someone to turn it into a show? This service focuses on the creative and technical side of lighting, using as much of your existing infrastructure as possible.
We’ll start by getting to know your event: the run‑of‑show, creative direction, music, and the kind of energy you want in the room. From there, we translate that into a complete lighting story:
Designing looks that support pacing, narrative, and musical dynamics
Building palettes, cues, and effects that feel intentional, not random
Programming on‑site (or in pre‑viz when available) to maximize time and budget
Either operating the show live or handing off a clean, organized show file to your team
Best for:
Burlesque and cabaret shows that need mood and drama
Club nights and music events that rely on timing and energy
Small to mid‑sized concerts with evolving setlists
Venues or productions with a house LD/technical team that could use extra creative support

How We Work Together
1. Initial Conversation
Share your event details, creative goals, and constraints (dates, venue, budget, timeline). We’ll talk through what you’re trying to achieve and what level of support makes sense.
2. Proposal & Scope
Based on your needs, we outline a clear scope of work, estimated hours, and any equipment or crew requirements. You’ll know exactly what we’re handling and what the venue or other vendors will cover.
3. Design & Prep
We build the design, paperwork, and show file, and coordinate with your team and venue so everyone’s on the same page before we walk in the door.
4. Show Time
We’re on‑site for load‑in, tech, and the show itself, making adjustments as needed so your lighting feels polished, musical, and fully integrated with the rest of the production.
